Rutbaa wanted to expand their reach online by collaborating with enthusiastic designers and retailers. They wanted to capture the Indian as well as the American market. As there is a vast Indian community in the US, there is a never-ending demand for Indian ethnic wear and custom made traditional wear. They wanted to make use of this market and expand its reach in the American market with one of its kind website.

Rutbaa wanted to have a separate hosting for the US and India with different currency support but should be controlled through a single data source.

Rutbaa also provides tailoring services. They wanted a custom tailoring module depending upon the product bought by the customer.

Define helped Rutbaa develop a state-of-art e-commerce web portal for all their partnered retailers and also their online partners. We also included multiple currency options for international buyers.

The UI of the website had to be attractive to gain a fair share of the American market.

It had to be simple yet be rich in nature given the products which are hosted on the website.

As the client provides tailoring services, we developed a unique feature on the website for the customers with the suggested designs and patterns.

The feature would allow the user to select the pattern in which they want their dress to be tailored in and it would display the measurements needed for the type of material the user has bought.
